You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified p828ph of unauthorized access.
p828ph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
All financial transactions on p828ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). p828ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. p828ph does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
Deposits are credited to your p828ph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. p828ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not reflected within the stated processing time, you should contact p828ph customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. p828ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p828ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p828ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability.
p828ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their p828ph wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p828ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your p828ph wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting p828ph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and p828ph that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact p828ph customer support and allow a period of 30 days for p828ph to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not affect any right you may have to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of p828ph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
